Iola Family Reading Festival

The Iola Public Library, through grant funding from the Institute of Museum & Library Services, will be holding a Family Reading Festival on Saturday, September 18, 2010 on the campus of Allen Community College. The festival will host programs and signings by 16 award winning authors, children's story times & book characters, family friendly activities and exhibits by reading promoting agencies & organizations. This event will also serve as the kick-off event for the Iola READS fall book. The festival will run from 10:00am until 4:00pm with no admission fee - free to all.
