Program Director
Thrive Allen County is currently seeking a Program Director. This position is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of Thrive’s programs, as well as building and strengthening relationships with local, regional and state partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in: grant writing; program development and implementation; community outreach; and will possess strong verbal and writing skills. Creative thinking, optimism and enthusiasm are mandatory! The Program Director will be required to establish residency in Allen County within 90 days of hiring. Salary DOQ/E.
